Dear All,

We are pleased to announce an upcoming event to be held at Universitas Diponegoro, Kota Semarang, Indonesia, from 19 to 22 January 2026. The event aims to enhance education, career advising, and job placement processes in order to promote green and sustainability-oriented careers within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

This event constitutes the first of two planned Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops under the TUNE project and will involve a total of 76 participants. Each three-day ToT workshop will subsequently be followed by seven replication seminars, with approximately 20 participants per seminar, drawn from both partner and non-partner HEIs. Overall, the programme is expected to train a total of 280 staff members.

The training plan has been designed based on the recommendations derived from the needs analysis on Green Jobs Education. Following the ToT workshop, each partner institution will replicate the training through local seminars within their own institutions, thereby increasing both the impact and the number of beneficiaries of this capacity-building initiative.

The objectives of this ToT workshop are to:

1. Increase knowledge and capacity related to green job educational skills within HEI campuses.
2. Improve education, career advising, and job placement processes to promote green and sustainability careers in HEIs.
3. Equip trained staff with the knowledge and skills required to design and deliver local replication seminars on green skills and green job education tailored to their institutions and communities.
