Project Management Meeting no.1 at FHjoanneum

The TUNE Project Management 1 Meeting, led by the FH Joanneum (FHJ), will include a Benchmarking Visit (WP2: T2.2) to help reduce expenses. The goals of this meeting are to launch the project, define its structure, set objectives, and establish communication rules. Brainstorming sessions will be held to identify dissemination targets and channels (WP7: T7.1), and to establish representatives for the Steering Committee and Quality Board (WP6: D6.1). The TUNE Project Management 1 Meeting, led by FH Joanneum (FHJ) of Austria, will feature a Benchmarking Visit (WP2: T2.2). The primary goals of this meeting include:

Hosting a working session during the Study Visit at FHJ (T2.2) to critically analyze and discuss findings, providing a foundation for WP3, WP4, and WP5
Preparing templates for surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Collecting data in both partner and non-partner PC HEIs.
Analyzing results at both institutional and ASEAN levels.
Carrying out an Analysis, Evaluation, and Action session to finalize the data analysis.
Preparing a Needs Analysis report to support the work done in WP3, WP4, and WP5.
Organising staff meetings at PC HEIs to share the Study Visit experience and produce a concise report on lessons learned.

The activities will start on 23rd June to 27th June 2025, venue FH Joanneum (FHJ), Austria.
